CryptoPoket provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway that allows merchants to accept crypto payments. We act as a technical service provider and do not have control over the blockchains or networks.

• We do not store your private keys.
• Processing speeds are dependent on blockchain network congestion.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitating illegal gambling, fraud, or money laundering.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

6. Fees and Taxes

We charge fees for the use of our Services as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice. You are responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you make or receive, and for collecting, reporting, and remitting the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading and payments involve a significant risk of loss. The value of cryptocurrencies can be extremely volatile and unpredictable. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for your use of the Services.

In no event shall CryptoPoket, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
